UK Pension organisation

Engaged in a project in which our client is upgraded from Murex v42 to v53, within the Front Office. Our consultants started with writing of test cases for end-user activities and Datamart. They moved into the test cycle delivery, first within unit testing and then in the SIT cycle producing the reconciliation reports used by the business and Murex team ensuring alignment across FO testing.

Norwegian Bank

Deployed directly into the Client’s Murex FO cash and Fixed Income Team to provide Repos Business Support. Involved with mapping and configuration of counterparties from the legacy system still being imported, resettlement of collaterals as well as communicating with Murex support as and when needed.

Danish Bank

Our consultant has been engaged in a project to bring in-house and automate the daily reporting of credit spread risk on their bonds that was previously done by a 3rd party provider. Their task was to produce the SQL script to extract and calculate the credit risk across the bond categories and trading and banking books.  They delivered a thoroughly tested script that produced the required output with the client requesting that the solution be shared amongst the organisational community sharing the same data. The consultant has then moved on to assisting the client in implementing this solution to include credit spread risk in their VaR model.

Nordic Power Company

Our client is a leading provider of power to large private consumers.  Our consultants were tasked with documenting their AS-IS business processes and system landscape due to the risk of the knowledge being centralized around a few key stakeholders. They delivered detailed process documentation along with a risk report identifying and prioritizing the areas of improvement required to mitigate their business process risk.

Danish Commodities Trader

 The project is moving the gas trading onto a new ETRM system.  Our consultants are involved in the creation of the SQL and Python scripts for the efficient preparation, migration, and reconciliation of the commodity trading, movement capacity, and storage data between the legacy and new platforms.

KSA DIGITAL BANK

Our consultants are currently shadowing the Fenixys senior SME consultant, reviewing the user and organizational stories within post-trade workflows across contract events, settlement and matching prior to the project implementation start. On project start they will deploy onsite to the client with involvement in the initial scoping workshops along with the Murex teams, after which they will move into the creation and execution of these BO test cases, and act as our POC within this client team.
